A message from the Principal

Dear Parents,

As the school year moves forward, we now have finished the first trimester and we are part away into the second-soon we will be entering 2012, ISL continuous to focus on learning.
Our commitment is always educating your children in an international, caring and pleasant environment.
Our goals include strengthening each student’s skills as well as teaching new content.

Unfortunately we cannot stop changes happening. Two very valuable members of our faculty are leaving the School and the Country. Mrs. Petra Lycostrates to go to Germany and Mrs. Julie Boubis to go to Australia. We heartily wish them all the best for their new life. We will definitely miss them.
The two new teachers who will join our faculty from the 9/01/ 2012 will be:
Mrs. Sadie Thompson the new Kindergarten teacher and Mrs. Rena Platis  the homeroom teacher for 5th and 6thgrade. Welcome to the family of ISL.

Resolutions, Gifts and Wishes

New Year resolutions can be set up by children who must try to stick to them and achieve them. Teach children the importance of setting and achieving goals in life.

The greatest gift you can give to your children is to spend time with them. You could devote twenty minutes a day reading together and discuss with your children what they are reading. Remember you are the best role model for your children.

What ever is beautiful!
What ever is meaningful!
What ever brings happiness may be yours this holiday season and throughout the coming year.
Have a nice holiday!
